Still the absolute best trainer in Chicago. Sari motivates me to push through the workouts-which is something I desperately need. I absolutely love my personal training sessions with Sari! I started with Sari about a year before I got married and my body completely transformed to be much leaner and stronger. I'm amazed at the progress I've made thinking back to my first sessions with her. Sari is high energy and completely customizes each session to tailor to my goals. I often workout with a friend or two and Sari is able to easily adapt to solo, 2 person and 3 person sessions. And I'm able to take a lot of the exercises she teaches in studio and replicate them at home with my body weight or 10 lb dumbbells. Highly, highly recommend Sari!!
